I have but one question on my mind today. How could I not love a bar that sells cheap PBR and gives away free bacon on Wednesday nights? It's a hypothetical question of course, because I fucking love the Triple Rock. Yes I did find out that on Wednesday nights they do have cheap beer and free bacon, but they also have a pool table, a kick ass jukebox, and a really great lunch and dinner menu. Add a rad punk rock club to that and you pretty much got a place that I wish I could spend every dime I have. It would be like one stop shopping for me. Do I love punk rock, Yeah! Do I love Bacon, Yeah! We all know I love Beer. Seems like a no brainer to me.
Tomorrow, we're playing the Chicago House of Blues. Chicago is probably my favorite city to go to on tour. It's the only place where I can find jeans that fit, I've got some friends there, and I like the feel of the city at night. Plus now that we're out of the South and the West everywhere we go, the temperature is a lot cooler. I am way over being hot and sweaty.
